I have woken up from a long dream
full of spines without roses
and my body still hurts
even though my eyes are open
and my mind is still restless
though my memories been erased
And here I find you
far away from the nightmare
staring with your curious eyes
giving away your pretty smile
offering your hands to mine
pulling me from my demise
but deep down I know
that you are what I need
even though you can not be
what I’ve been waiting for

You haven’t always existed
